Axiom Group Adopts New CRM System, Campfire Interactive
Axiom’s new CRM tool supports its recent U.S. expansion and the new united corporate structure to help better serve clients’ needs, improving quoting, supply chain management and communication processes.
Axiom Group announces the adoption of Campfire Interactive, a customer relationship management (CRM) software specifically made for automotive product management, product tracking and B2C communication. Axiom is an engineered solutions provider with years of experience in design, tooling, manufacturing and assembly.
As Axiom continues to expand its reach and services (see “Axiom Engineered Systems to Open First U.S. Location in Michigan”), the Campfire Interactive CRM system will enable faster quoting processes, monthly shipping schedules for on-time product arrival and direct client communication. The adoption of this intuitive CRM system is part of Axiom’s mission to better serve its expanding global client base.
“Axiom aims to be a leader in providing innovative solutions for the automotive industry’s toughest problems,” Richard Ishii, global vice president (VP) of sales & marketing, Axiom Group, says. “Adopting the Campfire Interactive CRM software aids this initiative by streamlining our quoting process, automating product deliveries and further enabling direct communication between Axiom and the client. This software is a key component of our global expansion.”
Campfire Interactive’s quote lifecycle management tool specifically addresses Axiom’s desire to improve the quoting process for client projects. This CRM software is said to significantly improve the quoting process by eliminating the need to contact each supplier for every individual quote request. Campfire tracks past quotes, but more importantly it also tracks the industry’s history. This enables the software to generate a reliable quote, effectively eliminating the waiting time associated with contacting each supplier for pricing.
“Campfire Interactive is excited about working with Axiom Group. This quickly growing company has recognized the need for Campfire to be able to manage and deliver value to its customers with increased speed and accuracy. We look forward to working with the Axiom team as they continue to expand across North America,” Pradeep Seneviratne, president and CEO, Campfire Interactive Inc., adds.
Campfire’s project management tool stores a library of every needed supply by tracking quantities as orders are filled. This enables the software to build up a virtual library of the market cost of each product and automatically create a monthly shipping schedule, so every delivery arrives on time. The adoption of the Campfire Interactive CRM software further exemplifies the commitment Axiom has to providing exceptional customer service as a one-stop manufacturing solutions provider for the automotive industry.
