SPE Names Moldmaker and Mold Designer of the Year at amerimold

The Mold Making and Mold Design Division of the Society of Plastics Engineers, Inc. --a sponsor of the ENGINEER block of conference sessions as amerimold--named its 2013 Mold Maker and Mold Designer of the Year Award recipients during our event  in Rosemont, IL this week. Mold Maker of the Year is Roger Klouda of MSI Mold Builders, Cedar Rapids IA, and Mold Designer of the Year is Tim Peterson of Industrial Molds Group, Rockford, IL. Both were present for the award presentation.A $500.00 honorarium will be awarded in both recipients names to the training school or university of his choice. These honorariums are made possible by a donation from DME Company and Progressive Components, respectively. The scholarship check for Mold Designer of the Year is made possible through Progressive's Tooling for Tomorrow program, which was established to support the future of the tooling industry.
