It’s Memorial Day, and as we in the U.S. celebrate with picnics and barbecues with family and friends, let’s remember what this day commemorates – honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. That comes easy to this moldmaking community.
It’s Memorial Day, and as we in the U.S. celebrate with picnics and barbecues with family and friends, let’s remember what this day commemorates –honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. That comes easy to this moldmaking community. Our industry is very patriotic. I discovered this quickly over the years as I traveled the country visiting shops where our flag is proudly flying. The people of this industry also support active military service members and those who have returned from battle with physical and emotional injuries. They support it so much that back in 2011 they came together to launch iWarriors, which MoldMaking Technology has supported from the beginning also.
iWarriors was established by Tim and Kim Bartz of Mold Craft to provide support to wounded servicemen and women who require surgeries and therapy before they can (try to) resume some kind of “normal” life back home. Read all about iWarriors on MMT then donate. Thank you!
