The time is fast approaching when MMT will reveal its 2017 Leadtime Leader Award winners. We can’t tell you yet, but here’s a hint: This year’s winning shops each place a strong emphasis in teamwork and company culture. In fact, our Leadtime Leader winner underwent an important cultural change not very long ago in order to streamline operations and work collaboratively, from quoting through mold delivery.

Our 2017 Leadtime Leader Award winner has very specific core values that it asks its employees to follow as they work. One of these is to “do the right thing, even if no one is looking.” Another is “do what you say you will do.” Can you guess which shop it is?

More later! For now, please take a moment to register for this year’s Amerimold Expo. It’s there where you will find out who our Leadtime Leader honorees are! Click here to register.
