• Grew up working in the shop in the various role. Knows the scent of metal chips.
• Work under the sales team and learned she liked the business of moldmaking.
• While studying international business she helped Westminster Tool establish a partnership with a Chinese vendor at 18 years old!
• Rejoined her family business at Westminster Tool in 2017 after working in international sales in Australia.
• Coming back as an adult realized that she did not appreciate what they were doing as much as she should.
• Remains curious.
• Successfully rebranded the company as a solutions-focused manufacturer and leader in cultural innovation.
• Serves on the AMBA Emerging Leaders Board, PLASTICS FLiP Engagement Committee, and the SPE Foundation’s Marketing Committee.
• Intimately involved in a project from beginning to end to be a better customer resource.
• Setting up the team for success.
• Tracks performance metrics to find areas for improvement. 
• Focused on growing leaders within the company and providing them with the support needed to improve.
• She is now moving into a leadership role as an owner.
• Big challenge is taking business to next level where it maintains the culture of a small company but also apply strategic operational system of a larger company.
• Best part of the job is working with family and people who care.
