HASCO introduces the positive locking cylinder Z2302/ for high-temperature applications in compression and injection molds. The solid design of the locking cylinder and the mechanical final position sensing via proximity switches permits safe locking of the piston rod and is suitable for use with core pullers and mold slides. Service temperatures of up to 180°C are possible, and the integrated positive locking means there is no need for a locking device on the mold. The cylinder has optimized gaskets and can be mounted to help with fine setting.
